Open a SCORM zip, edit its content and manifest, preview it with a mock LMS runtime, and export a package that passes validation — all from your browser.
No account needed for local editing.
Workflow
Drop a SCORM .zip — it opens in seconds, entirely on your machine.
Fix text, swap images, adjust the manifest and completion settings.
Validate, preview, and export a zip your LMS will accept.
Capabilities
CourseForge combines course creation from scratch, visual editing of any SCORM package, Articulate-aware tools, AI narration, package testing and safe export in one workspace.
Drop in a package and CourseForge detects its version, launch file, structure and resources entirely in your browser.
Play the real course, hover over visible text or pictures and change them in place. Source code stays hidden under Advanced.
Change slide and lesson text, quiz wording, button labels, image descriptions and pictures while preserving Articulate's package format.
Use a slide's text as the script, choose an AI voice and replace the old narration in the same audio slot. Undo restores the original.
Replacement pictures keep the original frame, show the whole new image without stretching and avoid shifting the slide layout.
Replace images, audio and video, compress oversized pictures, search package files and see where assets are used.
Test the course as a learner and inspect SCORM API calls, completion, scoring and saved values before delivery.
Check manifests, missing files, identifiers, resources, external links and API usage, then download a clean LMS-ready zip.
Autosave projects, compare file changes, restore earlier versions, undo package-wide work and recover individual files.
Design lessons full-screen: type straight onto the slide, add pictures, YouTube, Vimeo or MP4 videos, and quiz questions with a pass mark.
Upload a .pptx and each slide becomes a lesson with its text and pictures, ready to restyle and export as a SCORM 1.2 package.
Add coloured text boxes, slide backgrounds, text sizes and alignment, plus downloadable PDF handouts packaged inside the course.

Arrange videos, PDFs, lessons and assessments into sections, then publish controlled course releases for learners.
Give learners courses, progress, due dates, results and support on any device, with all content in one player.
Build multiple choice, true/false, written, oral, file-evidence, workplace, project and observation activities.
Collect documents, photos, audio and video, add time-coded assessor comments, workplace hours and supervisor sign-off.
Map every task to performance criteria, record C or NYC with reasons, adjustments, RPL and credit transfer.
See overdue, inactive and struggling learners, marking queues, attendance, announcements and support requests.
Separate learner, trainer, assessor, administrator and employer experiences keep work focused and records private.
Keep automatic change history, moderation samples, trainer credentials, professional development and assessment rationale.
Export progress, outcomes, attendance, at-risk learners and student-system data, with assessor quality indicators.
Issue printable course certificates and statements of attainment from recorded completion and competency outcomes.
Design certificates in the system — headings, wording, signatory, signature, border colour and RTO number — or upload the template you already use (PDF or image) and we place the learner's name, course, date and certificate number on it.
Manage learner help requests, feedback, complaints and assessment appeals with replies and tracked status.
Draft learner feedback and flag possible evidence gaps while keeping every assessment decision with the assessor.
Our REST API lets student management systems such as aXcelerate, VETtrak, Wisenet or Cloud Assess connect using secure API keys to create enrolments and pull learners, courses and completions. Send SMS reminders through SMS Messenger.

How we count active learners
An active learner is a learner account that signs in to, opens or completes learning at least once in a billing month. Each person counts once per month, however much they do.
Never counted: owners, admins, trainers, assessors and employer supervisors; test accounts you flag; and archived or suspended learners.
We warn you by email and in the LMS at 80% and 100% of your limit. There are no automatic overage charges and nothing is ever charged backdated — if you regularly exceed your limit, we'll ask you to move up a tier.

Sold separately from Course Studio plans. The LMS supports your compliance with the RTO Standards, but on its own it doesn't make an RTO compliant.

FAQ
No. CourseForge LMS is a separate paid add-on for training organisations, with its own plans. Course Studio subscriptions don’t include LMS access.
No — local editing happens entirely in your browser. Files only go to the cloud if you sign in and save a project.
SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages, including manifest editing and a mock runtime for both API versions.
The LMS add-on includes a REST API that student management systems can use to connect. We don't yet offer certified or pre-built connectors for aXcelerate, VETtrak, Wisenet or others — your system or integrator uses the API to create enrolments and read learners, courses and completions. Owners and admins create secure API keys in LMS Settings. Official USI and AVETMISS reporting stays in your student management system.
Rise courses get a dedicated text editor: every lesson heading, paragraph, button and quiz question is editable and saved back in Rise’s own format. Storyline courses get the same for on-screen text, quiz answers and image alt text. Captivate supports find & replace and asset swaps; layout and triggers still need the authoring tool.
You keep paid features until the end of your paid period, then drop to Free. Your projects are never deleted — if you're over the Free limits you can still view and export everything.
A learner counts once in a billing month when they sign in to, open or complete learning. Owners, admins, trainers, assessors, employer supervisors, test accounts, suspended learners and archived learners do not count. We warn you at 80% and 100%, with no automatic overage or backdated charges.
All prices are in AUD and shown excluding GST — GST is added at checkout. Your receipt shows the GST separately.
The Free plan includes the full visual editor: 1 project, 100 MB of storage and packages up to 25 MB, with 50 saved versions per project. Paid plans lift the project, storage and package limits and add team seats.
The Team plan is $89 per month or $890 per year for each seat, plus GST — every seat costs the same, so 3 seats are 3 × $89 per month. Each seat adds 10 GB of storage on top of the base 50 GB, so 3 seats gives you 70 GB. Pick your seat count at checkout (1 to 100) and change it later in the billing portal, where Stripe charges or credits the difference for the time left in your billing period.
You own your content. Editing happens locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded unless you sign in and save to the cloud. Saved projects are stored with version history, and you can export or delete them at any time.
Yes. Import a .pptx and CourseForge turns each slide into a lesson with its text and pictures. PowerPoint layouts and animations don't carry over, so use the designer to add colours, text boxes, videos, quizzes and PDFs, then download a SCORM 1.2 package.
Yes. The full-screen course designer lets you build lessons visually with headings, text, coloured boxes, pictures, embedded videos, quizzes and downloadable PDFs — no coding needed.
Yes. The new AI voice is written into the same place in the package as the original audio, so the old voiceover no longer plays. You need to be signed in, and scripts can be up to 4,000 characters.
Yes. When a learner completes a course, or a unit is marked Competent, the LMS generates a printable certificate or statement of attainment.
Yes. In LMS Settings → Certificate template you can either design certificates in the system — set the headings, wording, signatory, signature image, border colour, RTO number and footer — or upload the certificate template your organisation already uses (PDF or image, under 5 MB). The learner's name, course, date and certificate number are placed on top of your design automatically.
No tool can do that. CourseForge supports your obligations by keeping structured learning records, assessment evidence, moderation and audit trails — but meeting ASQA standards remains your responsibility.
There is no free trial yet — email hello@aisi.au for a guided demo. LMS plans are billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; change-of-mind refunds for unused time aren't normally given (your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply). If you stop, new enrolments and publishing stop, but learner records, reports and certificate verification stay readable and exportable for 30 days after your paid period ends, so you can download them to meet your own record-keeping obligations. After 30 days they are permanently deleted.
Not yet — playing your saved Course Studio projects directly inside the LMS is on the roadmap. Today you can add SCORM packages, videos, PDFs and lessons when building LMS courses.
